          Abstract
Investigates implementation issues associated with DBP treatment within a distribution system. Assesses treatment characteristics and identifies control, operation, and maintenance issues. Also develops a dynamic operations and treatment model and provides information on the cost-effectiveness of this approach versus costs to treat the entire water supply.
