          Abstract
This project provides scientifically defensible methods of collecting and handling biosolids samples, using EPA-approved microbial analysis techniques. It provides a foundation for sampling and testing practices that minimize health risks, and it interprets Part 503 biosolids sampling guidance to help utilities make informed choices when designing a sampling strategy. The report discusses effective communication strategies and includes examples of communication outreach materials. Published by WERF. 184 pages. Soft cover report and online PDF. (2009)
